  • 1 package (14 oz) mini hot dogs
  • 1 sheet (17.3 oz) puff pastry
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 black olives, sliced into spider shapes
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into rectangles large enough to wrap around each mini hot dog.
  3. Place each mini hot dog on a pastry rectangle and wrap it snugly, ensuring no exposed areas.
  4. Add small pieces of cheddar cheese inside each wrapped hot dog before sealing the edges.
  5. Arrange the wrapped hot dogs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While baking, prepare the black olives into spider shapes for decoration.
  7. Once baked, top with olive decorations and serve with guacamole, sour cream, ketchup, hot sauce, and ranch dressing.
