Ingredients
- Elbow macaroni or fusilli
- Lean ground beef or turkey
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- Fresh minced garlic
- Canned diced tomatoes

- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop vegetables.
- Cook 8 ounces of pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté 1 diced onion until translucent.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef and brown it for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
