Instructions
- Wash and trim the cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower until fork-tender, about 10 minutes.
- While the cauliflower cooks, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Drain cauliflower and transfer it to a blender with heavy cream, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
