- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Tuscan herbs (basil and oregano)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds, then add spinach until wilted.
- Gently place fish fillets into the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Tuscan herbs. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir gently to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes while adding lemon juice.
- Toss in cooked pasta along with reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
