  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with cheese.
  4. Lay out tortillas, fill each with chicken mixture, fold sides in, and roll tightly.
