Instructions

  1. Rinse and trim the ends of the green beans, then pat dry.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
  3. Dip each green bean into the flour, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the green beans in batches until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes each.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
