- 1 cup chocolate ganache (made from 6 oz chocolate and 1/2 cup heavy cream)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in melted butter until smooth.
- Pour batter onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until it springs back when touched.
- While cooling, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form; fold in chocolate hazelnut spread.
- Once cooled slightly, invert cake onto parchment and spread filling evenly before rolling tightly.
- For ganache, heat cream until boiling, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth, then spread over the rolled log.
