Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup erythritol (or preferred sweetener)

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter. In another bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla to the dry mixture, mixing until smooth.
