Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and thinly slice the sweet potatoes into approximately 1/8 inch rounds.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish and layer half of the sweet potato slices evenly. Pour half of the creamy mixture over them. Repeat with remaining potatoes and cream.
