Description

Baked Sausage and Cheese Rigatoni is a creamy, comforting dish that combines savory sausage and gooey cheese in a delightful casserole, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella until melted.
  5. Combine rigatoni with the sausage mixture in a bowl.
