Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  2. Add ground beef and garlic; cook until browned, breaking apart the meat.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a scoop of filling, sprinkle with cheese, then fold tightly.
