Description

Berry Croissant Bake is a warm, creamy dish that combines buttery croissants with fresh berries, creating a breakfast or dessert sensation everyone will adore.


Ingredients

  • 4 day-old croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread the torn croissants in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Gently fold mixed berries into the egg mixture, then pour evenly over the croissants.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
