Instructions

  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; dough will be slightly sticky.
  6. Shape the dough into two logs on the lined baking sheet; smooth the tops with wet hands.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing into biscotti pieces.
  8. Place slices cut side down on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes for extra crunchiness.
