  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and freshly squeezed lemon juice until smooth.
  2. In an 8×8 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Pour half of the lemon filling over the first layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
  4. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining lemon filling.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
