Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3 oz) Red Jello (Strawberry or Cherry)
  • 1 cup boiling water (for red layer)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box (3 oz) Blue Jello (Berry Blue)
  • 1 cup boiling water (for blue layer)
  • 4 clear plastic cups
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the red layer by dissolving the red jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour into clear plastic cups until one-third full. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
  2. For the white layer, mix sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water until smooth. Once the red layer is set, gently pour the white mixture over it until each cup is half full. Return to fridge for another hour.
  3. Dissolve the blue jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water and allow it to cool slightly. Pour over the white layer once it has solidified completely.
  4. Chill for an additional 2 hours or until fully set.
