- 1 lb ground beef or sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
