  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder until combined.
