  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 8 oz provolone or cheese whiz
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender (5-7 minutes).
  3. Increase heat to medium-high, add the beef, and cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
  4. Layer the cheese over the beef mixture, cover, and let melt (2-3 minutes).
  5. Place slider buns on a baking sheet, fill with the beef and cheese mixture, then top with bun halves.
  6. Brush tops with remaining melted butter and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
