Instructions

  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing gently until combined.
  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Scoop chilled dough into small balls and roll in powdered sugar before placing on prepared sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set; let cool on the baking sheet.
