- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh.
- In a skillet, sauté red onion until translucent. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, cumin, and reserved zucchini flesh; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill each zucchini half with the turkey mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Mix Greek yogurt with lime juice and cilantro; drizzle over the baked zucchini before serving.
