  • 1 lb shrimp (deveined)
  • 8 oz sausage (Andouille or Italian)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring spices.
  2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers in butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
