  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool cupcakes in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
  7. For frosting, beat softened cream cheese and butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar until fluffy.
  8. Once cooled, frost each cupcake generously with cream cheese frosting.
