- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb large raw shrimp (deveined and peeled)
- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until pink; remove.
- Lower the heat and melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked fettuccine with sliced steak and shrimp in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
