  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until pink; remove.
  4. Lower the heat and melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss cooked fettuccine with sliced steak and shrimp in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
