Instructions

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, apple cider, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting them with the whipped cream cheese and butter mixture mixed with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
