  • 2 lbs Baby Back Ribs
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Peach Preserves
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the baby back ribs, removing any silver skin.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; rub generously on both sides of the ribs.
  4. In another bowl, combine ketchup, balsamic vinegar, peach preserves, mustard, and cayenne pepper; stir until smooth.
  5. Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet; cover with foil and bake for 2 hours until tender.
  6. Remove foil, brush half of the sauce over ribs, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
