  • 4 chicken leg quarters (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fresh sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels for crispy skin.
  3. In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub the seasoning blend over the chicken legs.
  4. Spread sliced mushrooms in a large baking dish and place seasoned chicken legs on top. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the legs until well-coated.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with rice or mashed potatoes.
