  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced thinly
  • 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix (instant)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar; mix well. Gently fold in pudding mix.
  3. Carefully fold in banana slices to maintain their shape.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold into banana mixture.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
