Description

Big Mac Sliders are a fun and delicious take on the classic burger, perfect for gatherings or game day. These mini burgers combine juicy beef, tangy pickles, and a creamy special sauce nestled between soft slider buns. With their irresistible aroma and nostalgic flavors, these sliders will have everyone coming back for more!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp relish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place half of the slider buns down.
  5. Spoon the cooked beef onto each bun and top with a slice of cheese.
  6. Add pickles, drizzle with ketchup and mustard, then cover with the top halves of the buns.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
