Instructions

  1. Proof the Yeast: Warm milk until lukewarm. Sprinkle in yeast and sugar; let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix the Dough: In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center; add yeast mixture, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Fill & Shape: Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread fillings, roll tightly, slice into pieces, and place in greased pans.
  6. Second Rise: Allow rolls to rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
