  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 bunch broccolini (about 8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over each fillet.
  3. Arrange broccolini on the other side of the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over both salmon and broccolini.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving, garnishing as desired.
