  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (about 1012 tomatoes)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and pat dry. Drain mozzarella balls.
  3. On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled but not overcrowded.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the assembled skewers and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  5. Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers for added flavor.
