  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (burrata or mozzarella balls)
  • 1/2 cup olives (Kalamata or green), pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches wide and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. While the crust bakes, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell peppers, and olives into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Once baked, sprinkle fresh mozzarella over the hot crust and drizzle Italian dressing over the top.
  5. Finish by adding chopped basil leaves for an aromatic touch.
