Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sleeve Saltine Crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Whipped Cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar until bubbly (3-5 minutes), stirring constantly.
  3. Arrange half the saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet and pour the melted mixture evenly over them.
