- 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar mixture (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
