  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  2. Bake crust for about 10 minutes until golden. Let cool.

  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  5. For the cookie dough layer, combine flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Drop spoonfuls over the cheesecake filling.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours.
