Description

Creamy Zucchini Sauce is a delightful blend of fresh zucchini, aromatic garlic, and rich heavy cream that creates a velvety sauce perfect for pasta, grilled meats, or as a dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis (about 400g), chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the zucchini by washing and trimming the ends, then chop into small pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add chopped zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender (5-7 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.
  6. Return the sauce to the skillet over low heat, stir in grated Parmesan until melted, adjusting seasoning as needed.
