Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the melted butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
