  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in chopped spinach and half of the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
  5. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture generously.
  6. Place stuffed shells in a baking dish, cover with remaining Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
