Instructions
- Prep your pan by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and fold in half of the colorful candies, reserving some for topping.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining candies on top.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm. Once set, lift out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
