Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F or 200°C) and lightly brush grates with oil.
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
  3. Grill peach halves cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
  4. On a large serving platter, arrange torn pieces of burrata.
  5. Place warm grilled peaches on top of the burrata, then scatter fresh basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
