  • 1 box brownie mix (approximately 18.3 oz)
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade, preferably chocolate chip)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix with the eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. If using store-bought cookie dough, let it soften slightly; if homemade, ensure it's chilled.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top without spreading too thin.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cookie dough layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are firm but center is slightly soft; a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs attached.
  7. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
