- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture along with melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
