  • 4 oz salami
  • 4 oz capicola
  • 4 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (cut into wedges)
  • 4 oz Pecorino Romano cheese (cut into wedges)
  • 1 cup ripe grapes or figs
  • 1/2 cup almonds (lightly toasted)
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives (green and black)
  • 8 slices rustic baguette or artisanal crackers
  • 2 tbsp honey or fig jam

Instructions

  1. Choose a large wooden board or platter as your base.
