  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and season.
  3. Stir in refried beans and salsa until mixed and heated through.
  4. In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, and cheese blend. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
