  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, both sugars, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pans and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Top with the remaining batter and repeat the swirl process.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
