  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
