  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place the Brie in the center of the pastry and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  4. Fold the pastry edges over the Brie, sealing well. Brush with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top before serving warm.
