 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
 - 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until golden brown.
 - Stir in the wild mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Mix in the cubed sourdough bread and fresh herbs until well combined.
 - Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture until just moistened. Transfer to an oven-safe dish if needed and cover with foil.
 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. If using pine nuts, sprinkle them on top and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
