  • 2 cups Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 6 strips thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fit the pie crust into your pie dish.
