  • 1 (15.25 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
